MODEL PORTFOLIO

Our Model Portfolio is a real money portfolio. We started our investments February 20, 1998 with $20,000, added $6,000 on February 19,1999, $4,000 on April 29, 1999 and $3,500 on May 5, 1999. We show our return on each stock and the portfolio as a whole, as well as the calculated annualized return. Our investments include equities as well as options. Please, do not invest in anything you do not understand.

PHASES OF DRUG APPROVAL

PRECLINICAL TESTING (18 months)

Animal trials to evaluate toxicity.

PHASE I (months)

Clinical tests on up to 100 patients to evaluate drug safety. 70% success rate.

PHASE II (up to 2 years)

Clinical tests on several hundred patients to evaluate drug effectiveness. 33% success rate.

PHASE III (1 to 4 years)

Clinical tests on several thousand patients to evaluate drug safety, dosage and effectiveness. 25-30%success rate.

NEW DRUG APPLICATION(up to 2 years)

Preclinical through phase III report. Manufacturing and labeling information.
